The announcement was made that Salons, Barbers and Mobile Hairdressers can go back to work on the 4th of July.
Bex is in the High Risk Vulnerable Listing. This Means She's not supposed to be working until the 1st of August. However she will be returning to do Mobile Hair on the 13th of July provided you follow the strict requirements which can be found in her policies and procedures page.
We hope you understand, as this is to keep everyone safe.
Price change
Due to the Corona virus making us need extra Personal Protective Equipment, Costs increase and Minimum Wage going up we have had to raise our prices.

No Data Sharing
All data stored of you will be kept and up to date according to current data protection laws, and will not be shared with any third parties. All information will be deleted upon request or if you have not been a client for two years.
You can only request for your own data only.
Patch Testing
Patch testing for colours is required by Law a minimum of 24 hours before service, however the products I use require a 48 hour minimum before your appointment is carried out.
Booking for Colours
If you are a new customer I would like to carry out a consultation so I can be prepared for your colour appointment as possible and so we are on the same page. We can also patch test you in this consultation. A non refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of the service will be required
No Shows or Last Minute Cancellations
Forgetting to be home or cancelling less than 48 hours prior to your appointment leads to others being let down.
Please be respectful of this.
This is a three strikes policy. Deposits of half the cost of service will be taken upfront on all bookings in the future. This policy is in place for three months until a clean rocord is upheld.
Understandably emergencies occur and will be forgiven so this policy will not take effect unless it is not a medical or similar circumstance.
Deposits
As stipulated earlier in this guide I require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the service being booked. This is an insurance and to get any products we will need for your appointment. The deposit is taken off the total of your bill so you will be paying half at the consultation, and the other half on your appointment. Payment can be Cash (at consultation only for deposit), or PayPal.
