For 1st time visits please be advised you will have to fill out a short medical form. Please allow time before your treatment to go through the form. You can download & print off the relevant pdf to fill out & bring to your appointment to reduce time a little.
Gift vouchers are also available in an increment of your choosing. You can purchase these Monday's to Friday's on a home visit. Alternatively I can take card payment over the phone & post it out to you on any day.
When booking a treatment over the phone a £5 non refundable deposit will need to be taken to secure your date & time.
